Moveable floor pool
 A genuine innovation in the swimming pool world
  

The concept behind the moveable floor is simple :

The floor of your pool moves up and down like a lift.

When the floor is lowered, you can use the full depth of your swimming pool.

When it is raised, your pool disappears, revealing a new living area.

This solution gives you back the space occupied by your pool. With the moveable floor, there is no need for a bubble cover, as your pool is perfectly enclosed.
 

 
 
The moveable floor

The moveable floor is specially designed to operate in swimming pool water (not suitable for water treated with salt).

It is made from 316L stainless steel rectangular tubes that are assembled and welded in our factory, before being bolted together to form a framework.

This process allows the product to be transported and assembled on-site very easily. When the structural frame has been assembled, the finishing covering can be attached.
  

An inspection hatch provides access for a cleaning robot to clean the pool bottom, or to allow servicing by a maintenance technician.

The moveable floor is raised and lowered inside the pool with the aid of 316L stainless steel operating cables.

A series of 316L stainless steel guide pulleys connect the moveable floor to the anchor disk on the worm gear drive system, which allows the floor to travel along the path dictated by the pulleys.

The moveable floor is designed with adjustable cable lengths and a horizontal stabilisation system.
 

The drive system

The moveable floor drive system uses a worm gear to pull cables that raise and lower the floor.

As the worm rotates, it causes the anchor disk to move. The worm must at least as long as the pool is deep.

 

Control unit

The control unit (which for safety reasons features a key lock and is designed to be installed near and in sight of the pool) lets you raise and lower the pool floor like a lift, simply by pressing and holding the top or bottom button.

The floor's movement can be interrupted at any time by releasing the button, allowing precise adjustment to your preferred depth.

A limit switch stops the floor when it reaches the pool bottom or the surface.
 

Safety

The key-locked control unit is mounted 1m 50 cm above floor height, preventing children under five from raising or lowering the moveable floor.

When the floor is in the "closed" position, it is not possible to reach the water in the pool.

This provides very effective protection, particularly if you have to leave the house or move a long way from the pool.

The moveable floor complies with the standard NF P90-308.
